I do not trust the physical integrity of the SunTeaJar enough to put hot liquids in it. It has a plastic spout coming out of the bottom, and I think the hot tea could hurt that or mess up the seal.

There is a tea-based beverage that is made in the south on the (gasp) stove. It is sweet tea, and will be the subject of my next post.sciencegirlhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16596410801889249167noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5792749659312495755.post-58888038202372237672010-09-07T09:02:28.940-07:002010-09-07T09:02:28.940-07:00You could let it loiter on your porch, out of sigh...You could let it loiter on your porch, out of sight ...

And if the SunTeaJar is made of heat-resistant glass, you could make it in that.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5792749659312495755.post-32911278649784744492010-08-30T05:54:05.448-07:002010-08-30T05:54:05.448-07:00It dirties another pot, for one thing. It's horrible, horrible I say.sciencegirlhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16596410801889249167noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5792749659312495755.post-90658296609565997472010-08-30T02:58:53.916-07:002010-08-30T02:58:53.916-07:00Why notjust make hot tea and let it cool, if it ta...Why notjust make hot tea and let it cool, if it takes an hour for this stuff to brew anyway? ...

:)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
